Tekumo means “Tech Cloud” in Japanese.

We play at the intersection of two major trends: the “Uber-ization” of product and service delivery, and the explosion of smart connected devices brought about by the “Internet of Things” (IoT).

Our Service Delivery platform was designed to intelligently automate the installation and maintenance of products by offering an On-Demand service, as well as providing a “smart interface” for the monitoring and management of connected devices.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to simplify the way Product and Service Managers can engage and manage service delivery using a “Dynamic Workforce” that optimizes an external non-employee technician workforce with an internal ‘W2’ field force, while providing a “smart interface” for the monitoring and management of connected devices. The benefits of such a system are that it provides a “single pane of glass” to view and manage all service delivery activity; it “standardizes workflow” and processes across an organization, enabling better consistency and quality of service outcomes; it “reduces” the number of individuals involved in service tracking & administration as well as reducing cost through process automation; and it addresses “margin-stacking” by directly passing through the lowest technician cost. All of this is delivered as a “pay- as-you-go” service model that can be “fully integrated” into a customer’s management systems. The result is:

Lower Cost, Less Effort, More Revenue – Just Smarter

Krystal Montez

We started Tekumo after acquiring all the assets of Sequenza Inc. in January 2020.  Sequenza was a managed service provider for IT and telecommunication services having completed projects for such companies as Target, Home Depot, McDonalds, US Bank, 7Eleven, and AT&T, dating back to 2013.

In June 2022, Tekumo entered into a Contribution Agreement with Balincan USA Inc.  becoming a fully owned operating subsidiary of the Company. Balincan was originally incorporated in 2002 as a successor to Harvey Entertainment Company – the producer of Casper the Ghost for a “friendly” start.

The next chapter in our corporate history is dawning with the change in our name and symbol to Tekumo Inc., TKMO.
